Discussion on acceptance standard of plastic mould

The plastic mould is a tool which is used in the plastic processing industry to match with the plastic forming machine and endow the plastic products with complete configuration and accurate size. Due to the variety of plastics and processing methods, the structure of plastic molding machine and plastic products is complex and simple, so the type and structure of plastic mold is also diverse. When we buy plastic mold, we should do a good job in its acceptance. Now we will briefly introduce the acceptance standard of plastic mold.
1. Understand the good mold structure and parts condition, know the injection molding technology and parameters.
2. There are no defects in the appearance quality of the sample plastic parts (such as shrinkage, flash, etc.) or mold structure (such as parting surface setting, gate setting, etc.).
3. Mold appearance to ensure no rust, no impact marks, no residual miners and other shortcomings, good spray treatment.
4. The mould shall be fitted with die lock to facilitate transportation.
5. Mold cooling water should be tested to ensure no leakage.
6. At the same time of mold delivery, spare parts for all vulnerable parts of the mold and materials in good condition for mold design shall be supplied.
